Clifton St Annes PCS Ltd is a family owned and run Company, we have been offering Care services for twenty years. Our Board of Directors all have professional relevent qualifications with careers ranging from a GP to a former Director of Social Services, Occupational Therapists and a Teacher.

Our Registered Managers, Sandra and Andrea, have worked with us for many years, they are practically members of our family! They ensure a consistency and continuity of care which we are proud of.

Our staff are our greatest asset, offering a caring professional service. We are delighted to have been awarded the prestigious Best Employer Award at the Great North Care Awards 2008. Great emphasis is placed on the staff training at all levels ensuring that quality care is delivered 24 hours a day, through a qualified and dedicated team.

We have achieved the 'Investors in People' Silver award in recognition of the Company's commitment to the training and development of all staff and are the first care Homes in Britain to have been awarded the Customer first standard. The Care Quality Commission is our regulatory body, they require us to undergo rigorous inspection and assessment processes. Our reports clearly demonstrate the high scores we have achieved in all areas of service delivery and both of our services are rated as Excellent.
