Recommendations

We encourage our residents and their families to leave recommendations to help you make a decision based on people's experiences at both of our care homes. We do not govern or edit our reviews as they are received from the Care Home Uk website, so you can be assured that all reviews are accurate.

We have achieved our impressive recommendations through an ethos that all people within our homes community matter. Our staff are also incredibly talented and love what they do. Here's a quick overview of why our recommendations are so good:

  • 90% of our staff have National Vocational Qualifications. This exceeds the regulatory standard of 50% set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC)
  • We have an experienced and professional Board of Directors consisting of two Occupational Therapists, a GP, an ex-Director of Social Services and a teacher
  • Our latest inspections from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) evidenced excellent standards in all areas reviewed in both homes
